While we have been busy talking about smartphone war, in China, companies have started the laptop war today. It’s not new that companies try to imitate Apple products and provide them at a cheaper price. Joining the crowd, Xiaomi went on to launch their own version of MacBook Air competitor a.k.a Mi Notebook Air 12 and Notebook Air 13. It certainly didn’t end there. Lenovo took it to the next level by launching Lenovo Air 12 and Air 13 to take on Mi Notebook Air variants. That’s too quick Lenovo!

Well, we all know that Xiaomi is known as Chinese Apple as the company keeps getting inspiration from Apple products. While it is with software all these days, the company has launched Notebook Air which copies MacBook Air in terms of design [yes, the Apple logo is missing for sure]. But, their strong rival and again from China, Lenovo didn’t wait at all. Here is how these two MacBook Air rip-offs look like and specification comparison.

As seen above, Lenovo has more versions to take on Xiaomi Notebook in the 13.3-inch variant. If we compare the 8GB variants alone, Xiaomi is much cheaper with ¥ 1000 or $150. But the fingerprint on the Lenovo Air 13 will add the advantage over Xiaomi’s Mi Notebook Air 13.

These MacBook rivals from Chinese vendors is way cheaper and comes with better specifications. Lenovo has the upper hand over Xiaomi in terms of the global availability. Hoping to see them available in India soon. What’s your take on it? Share your thoughts via the comment section below.
