OnePlus 3 Leaks Emerges Online [Video and Image Included] Updated!

Riding on a success over few device launches, OnePlus is back in the news already. The company that gained a huge success right on its first attempt failed to meet the expectations of the consumers with its flagship killer, OnePlus 2 in 2015. Nonetheless, the company is back in the news and this time, OnePlus 3 leaks have emerged online. They look stunning already!

As per the rumors, OnePlus has already started working on their next flagship device. As per the leaks surfaced online today, there is a video that walks us through the design of the device.

OnePlus 3 Leaks in a video walk-through

Going by the video trailer, the screen size of the device seems to be about 5.5 inches which had become a norm these days. There are a couple of stereo speakers sitting on top and bottom of the screen similar to Nexus 6P. There is an alert slider physical toggle button sitting on the left side of the device similar to OnePlus 2.

As per the OnePlus 3 leaks, it will come with USB Type-C port on the bottom along with a slot for 3.5mm jack. What’s interesting to see is, towards the end of the device we can see a blue light on the bottom section. Maybe a notification light?

Talking about the specifications of the device, rumors include 5.5 inches full HD display. It will come in two variants, 4GB RAM, and 16GB inbuilt memory and 5GB RAM and 64GB inbuilt memory. It is expected to run on Android Marshmallow based Oxygen OS.

But wait, there is a leaked image as well that changes the formula completely!

This leaked image is way too different compared to the video walk-through of the device. It is more aligned towards Oneplus 2’s design with smart touch buttons on the button. The fingerprint scanner is missing on both the leaks so far!

Well, this might just be the start of a series of OnePlus 3 leaks and rumors we are going to see going forward. Let’s wait for TENAA approval and GFXBench listing to get more information about this matter.

Update: Looks like the leak was indeed a false one. Just received a note from Vamsi, Founder of iGadgetsWorld that the video was made in December 2015. Now we need to check the authenticity of the leaked image as well!
